Should be able to cook full meals or prepare each dish as required
Put together meals for customers while paying attention to their food allergies or intolerances
Ensure staff in the kitchen are trained in preparing, making and handling the food.
An inventory should be maintained to keep a track of the food, supplies and equipment in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen operations as a whole.
10 + 2 minimum education required
At least 1 year experience required
This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary ranging from CAD$15-16 hourly.
