Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of the staff in the kitchen
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as per requirement
Prepare food as per requests of the customers
Maintain records of stock and wastage
Train staff in sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Highschool minimum education required
Atleast 1 year experience required
This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary of CAD$16 hourly.
