Should be able to cook full meals with good presentation and prepare each dish as required
Put together meals for customers while paying attention to the quality of ingredients each ones allergies if any
Ensure the kitchen staff are well trained in all aspects for good service of food.
An inventory should be maintained to keep a track of the food, supplies and equipment in the kitchen.
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
High School minimum education required
Atleast 1 year experience required
This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary ranging from CAD$14.25-15 hourly.
