May participate in the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management of employees
Provides coaching, feedback, and recognition
Ensures a high degree of employee engagement and retention through strong leadership practices
Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
Review reports on incidents and breaches
Investigate and resolve issues
Create reports for management on security status
Analyze data to form proposals for improvements
Minimum education requirement : Bachelors Degree
5 years minimum work experience
This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary of CAD$22 hourly.
