Warehouse Lead (MJONWRLD6262203) Full Time

Ensure all schedules, arrive by dates, and other deadlines are adhered to and all materials are packaged safely and securely to arrive to the customers.
Provide daily direction and communication to warehouse team members in a timely and efficiently.
Continuously evaluate processes and procedures and suggest methods to improve.
Ensure team members have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
Respond to and resolve employee relations issues.
Assist Management team with daily operation.
Ensure that work flow is handled effectively.
Implement standard work and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
Follow company policies including Workplace Health and safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment department and warehouse to achieve maximum results.

Must have forklift/ warehouse experience

This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary of CAD$25 hourly. Overtime compensation is CAD$37.50 per hour and will be counted after 44 hours per week. Working hours from 8 – 10 hours per day.
