Should be able to cook full meals and/or prepare each dish when required
Put together meals for customers and keeping in mind their food allergies or intolerances
Ensure staff is trained in preparing, making and handling the food and if not, give proper training.
An inventory should be maintained to keep a track of the food, supplies and equipment in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen operations as a whole.
Highschool minimum education required
Atleast 1 year experience required
This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary of CAD$15.50 hourly.
