General Help (MJBAKGHELQ0127) Full Time
This position is General helpers are skilled workers who help other workers by performing tasks requiring less skill, such as holding materials or tools and cleaning work areas and equipment. In addition, they must ensure that everyone in an organization follows safety rules and inspect areas for safety hazards. This position is under National Occupation Classification (NOC) D. Some of the responsibilities include:
• Ability to perform light to heavy duty cleaning
• Cleaning the work area and production machinery
• Operating various components of the production machinery
• Setting up orders on the production machinery
• May assist maintenance personnel with tasks as assigned
• General cleaning of public areas
Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Good English communication skills (IELTS is not mandatory but preferred)
• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Must be willing to be relocated to Quebec
• Can carry about 30 lbs of cleaning tools and equipment to perform tasks
This position is a full-time role with the required minimum of 40 hours per week schedule and salary ranging from an hourly of CAD$14-16.
