References to “we”, “us,” or “our” in these terms and conditions are to mana jobs and also include, where applicable, our affiliates, service providers, suppliers and sub-contractors. Our offices are located in North York, Ontario.

Exclusive Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be settled in the courts located in the Province of Ontario. However, the preceding shall not limit the ability of mana jobs from seeking injunctions and remedies in other jurisdictions which are required to stop continuing breaches of this Agreement by you.
