Notably, the data spanning from 2016 to 2022 reveals a consistent surplus of individuals with a bachelor’s degree or higher education compared to the number of job opportunities requiring such qualifications. In contrast, a scarcity of qualified workers for roles demanding a high school diploma or less only materialized in the third quarter of 2021.
